Retail Gurus is a combined eCommerce site and help forum design to support SMEs in the retail sector.  As well as supplying a huge array of stationery and equipment useful for retaillers, there are many help articles on setting up a business, payment providers, best practice etc, as well as a growing on-line community forum for members to post queries and solutions for issues important to retailers.

How do you build a website? Surprising, It is not actually just about writing code. It is about understanding a business and the reasons why a website would benefit that business.  The first thing is always to plan out what the site needs to do, who it is aimed at and what sort of content it is going to have.  This can be a simple as drawing a sketch or as complex as creating detailed functional wireframes (blueprints).

The new version of The Wool Garden is now live on Magento Community platform.  After a great deal of struggling to extract enough data from the Magento Go version, we rebuilt the site and database entirely to ensure there was no data corruption.  The design is fully responsive, so you can buy your wool on you mobile too now.

The new version of the Thornley Kelham site is now live. Following a brand refresh, the site had to incorporate sub-brands for each of their departments a more robust project gallery with cross links throughout the site, as well as lots of minor tweaks to improve performance on the site.
